🛥️ Boat Trips to Dia Island & Heraklion Coastline
No‑Show: If guests fail to arrive on the day of the trip, the booking is considered a no‑show and is non‑refundable.
Cancellation within 48 hours: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before departure are non‑refundable, unless due to a verified medical emergency. A valid medical report confirming hospitalization or inability to participate is required.
Cancellation 48+ hours before departure: Cancellations made at least 48 hours before departure qualify for a 100% refund.
Force Majeure:
For the safety of our guests and crew, Sea Stories Crete may adjust the route (for example, avoiding Dia Island in strong winds), or change the departure time. Mechanical issues may also require a delay or modification of the trip.
If conditions or mechanical factors do not allow us to operate the cruise safely, the trip may be cancelled. In that case, guests receive a 100% refund or may reschedule their experience.
If a safe alternative route or departure time is offered and guests choose not to accept it, the booking becomes non‑refundable.
Late Arrival
Arriving more than 15 minutes late may shorten the cruise.
Arriving more than 30 minutes late may be considered a no‑show.

Minimum Participants (for shared trips)
If a shared cruise does not reach the minimum number of participants, guests may reschedule or receive a full refund.

Damage & Cleaning Fees
Any damage caused by guests (e.g., broken equipment, water damage inside cabins) may incur an additional fee.

Third‑Party Bookings
Bookings made through platforms such as GetYourGuide, Viator, Airbnb Experiences, or other partners follow their cancellation policies, not ours.

Incorrect Contact Details
Guests are responsible for providing correct contact information. Failure to receive updates due to incorrect details does not qualify for refund.
